My brother received a speeding ticket and citation for not having proof of insurance in Texas. He is licensed in the state of Virginia. I am assuming he will have to pay the fine for the speeding but if we show that he did have insurance do we have to pay for the citation as well? In a 75 MPH speed zone, I was going 91 in Coconino county in the Navajo reservation in Arizona. They have referred me to the Flagstaff court. Would those points be applied to my Wisconsin license? And since AZ terms it as a criminal traffic offense, would it show up as a criminal offense? Can I attend a traffic school to keep those 3 points off my driving record? I got a ticket (offense 40-5-20) for driving a rental car in Atlanta, Georgia. I was carrying a valid Indian license (not IDP) but still officer issued a ticket. However I think it is valid to drive on foreign country license in Georgia. Do I need to appear in court or pay some fine? I will be leaving from the US soon and can't appear in court.
