If a private or government employer requires "a clean driving record", how many years must it have been clean? Is one year ever enough? Do they check the three-year or the 10-year history? (We have both in PA.) I have a 26 year old relative with no accidents ever, but "exceeding maximum speed" ticket two years ago and ditto just over one year ago.
