How do I get proof of insurance?

In the states where CarInsurance.com offers Direct General Insurance Company products online:

Log into your car insurance account.
Locate the “Your Policy Documents” box and click on the Temporary ID Card/ Receipt link.
If you have a pop up blocker then hold down your CTRL key while clicking on the Temporary ID Card/ Receipt link.

If you have a policy with Esurance through CarInsurance.com, follow the instructions on our log in screen to log into your account. Then, follow the link to your Temporary ID Card.

In some states, you are redirected to our partners.
