CarInsurance.com has many partners in each state. If you have purchased your policy through our website then you simply need to log in with your email address and the password you selected during the quote process.
Alternatively, if you purchased a policy through our call center you need to log in with your email address/userid and the temporary password that was provided. If you do not have an email address, please call customer service to learn how to access your account online.
If you have a Direct General policy that was NOT purchased at CarInsurance.com, then follow the related question below that says "I am a Direct General customer, but not through CarInsurance.com. Where can I make my monthly payment?"
Once you have logged in:
- Under the Billing & Payment Information section select one of these options: Make Credit/Debit Card Payment Now Make Online Check/Savings Account Payment Now
- Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the process.
