How do I change the password to my account?

Changing your password is a breeze on CarInsurance.com. You simply click on the "Manage My Account" link, which will bring you to our login page. Once you log into your account, click on account information and select "Change Password" to change your password.

If instead you have forgotten your password then click on the "Manage Your Account" link and once on our login page click on the "Forgot Password" link. Enter the email address for your account with us and a new password will be emailed to you. Once you log in with your new email, please change your password to your own personalized password.

If you are looking to make policy changes that may be available online as well. Once you log into your account, click on your auto insurance policy, and you'll see a summary of your auto insurance policy information.

With some carriers you have the ability to make online policy changes such as adding or taking off a vehicle, changing your address, etc. Some carriers require policy changes be made over the phone. As a last resort, we will direct you to a servicing agency to make immediate changes to your policy.
