Car Insurance Question  How do I cancel my auto insurance policy and get a refund?

We offer coverage from many carriers. Each carrier has their own simple process for cancellation. In addition, each state has their own legal requirements for cancellation.

The easiest step is to call our customer service center at 1-800-964-4859.

Typically, it is a signed form stating your request. Some states have certain limitations that are required to comply with state laws. You can fax your signed request to 1-407-260-1581.

In order to cancel your policy you can contact the carrier directly (Esurance, Safeco, etc.) or you can call our customer service center. They will direct you to the proper department or immediately help you complete your request.

If you cancel your auto insurance policy and are entitled to a refund, we'll send you a check refund for your auto insurance policy cancellation.
