Car Insurance Question  If you want to insure your vehicle in another state that you have recently moved to and do not have that state's drivers license, do you need to provide proof of residency?

In most cases, you would be able to obtain insurance without providing proof of residency. It is likely that you will have to provide evidence that you have registered your vehicle in that state as well as obtain a driver's license in that state.
