Car Insurance Question  I am a resident of Minnesota and holding an instruction permit. I drive my husband's car and he holds and he has insurance. If I am driving and have an accident what will be the consequences?

Your husband should notify his insurance company of your license status nad add you to the policy. Providing you are disclosed as a licensed household driver then his insurance policy should cover any losses you incur while operating his vehicle.
