I was recently in an accident that was not my fault. The other driver gave false insurance information on the police report and my agent is unable to contact him or find insurance for him. What can I do?

You may have to attempt contacting the other party directly. If unsuccessful, you may consider contacting the law enforcement agency or officer that responded to your accident. If all else fails, you may have to seek legal council. You also have the option of making a claim under your policy in which case your insurance company may subrogate against the other party.

I was involved in a minor fender bender in Texas yesterday. I just found out that my insurance policy was cancelled due to a payment being returned. I told the other party that I would pay for her bumper. She stated she was not injured but later went to the emergency room for a soar neck. What can I do to make this right.
