My daughter was driving my car and was struck by another driver. Minimal damage to car. The other driver's insurance company sent me a check for damages. Am I required to fix the car?

You do not have to fix the vehicle unless there is a lien on it and the lien holder requires that you do so. It is in your best interest to fix the vehicle since even minimal damage could largely impact its value in the future.
