Hi Penny!

Answering your CarInsurance.com questions since 2005

Q

My license has been revoked but I have a restricted license. Is there anyway I can get insured?

A

I'm assuming that your license was reinstated but with a 'business-use only' restriction. That restriction usually limits your driving to and from work, to church and doctor's appointments.

If this is your situation, then you can still get insurance. If you would like to know how much it will cost you can get a car insurance quote here.

Comment Followup:

Current insurance can be cancelled if you receive a suspended license for other reasons. If your license is suspended for other reasons, you can get insurance but you have to be able to get your license back quickly. Some companies will not insure you if you have a suspended license.
