Car Insurance Question  If you have not yet received your license can you insure a car in your name?

Yes, you can buy insurance in your name provided you are the owner of the vehicle. You do not have to have a drivers license to own or insure a vehicle. You may be required to list a licensed driver on your policy. You can be added to the policy as a driver if you do obtain a drivers license.

You can get a car insurance quote here to see how much it would cost to insure your car.
