We live in Michigan and have no fault insurance with Single Limit Liability of $1 Million each occurrence. If we drive our son's car in Arizona who has less coverage and we cause an accident where bodily injury happens, would our son's policy pay first?

Yes, you would be covered driving your son's car. His insurance would be primary. If you cause more damage or injury than what his policy will pay then your policy would be secondary. You can confirm this by asking your insurance agent.

You can comparison shop your insurance policy here by getting a car insurance quote.
