How do I find out the rating (Example: Eclipse is rated a 14)? Is there a web site that has this information?

What you are referring to is a system the Insurance Services Office (ISO) uses to help insurance companies determine the premiums they charge based on a symbol they (ISO) designate.

This information is available to insurance agents and insurance companies. There is no web site that publishes this information. Not every insurance agent or insurance company uses it. Some have developed their own system or symbol or rating for vehicles.
