Car Insurance Question  I have 6 months remaining on my Tennessee insurance policy but have moved to Florida. What should I do?

Most states require that you obtain insurance that is valid in the state you are registering the vehicle. You would have to provide evidence of the minimum required insurance for that state. We suggest obtaining a new insurance policy in Florida and canceling the policy you have in Tennessee.

You can find Information regarding each state's requirement at the Department of Motor Vehicles.

You can get a car insurance quote here to see how much it would cost for you to insure your car in Florida.
