My car was parked in front of my house when someone hit it. Neither of us have inurance. What do I do?

Since neither of you have an insurance policy it will be up to both of you to decide who is going to be responsible. You may need to speak to an attorney if the other party does not cooperate with you.

Most states require that you insure your vehicle if you maintain a current license plate tag and registration even if you are not driving the vehicle.

You can shop for a new insurance policy here by getting a car insurance quote. You can even purchase your policy online and be covered immediately.
