My 16 yr old was in a really bad wreck. She was with her best friend, it was her friend's car, her friend was driving, and the friend was at fault. The car was totalad. It rolled several times and ended up against 2 trees on its side. My daughter had a torn ac in her shoulder and a concussion. When the claims person came to question my daughter about the wreck, the way that I understood it, we would have to sue the girl's parents for her to be compensated. Is this true? I DON'T want to su

Your daughter's injuries may be covered by your/your daughter's auto insurance company. The injuries may be covered by the driver's insurance company. The injuries may also be covered by your daughter's health insurance company. In these cases, there may be deductibles which apply. But, you will want to check out those avenues. Do not count out legal help, if it is necessary.
