I was recently involved in an accident where I was rear ended while at a complete stop. Because of changes in my insurance policy, when the accident occured I was uninsured. My vehicle sustained the most damages, and the driver who was at fault was insured. Will I be able to recieve compensation for the damages to my vehicle?

In most states the answer would be yes. Even if you did not have insurance on your car the other parties Property Damage insurance should cover Damage to your car , if the other party was at fault. Being that you were hit from behind, generally this would indicate that they were at fault.
