Hello! I hope you can maybe point me in the right direction. My new car was in an accident, and I am not at all satisfied with the repair results. It had exstensive damage, and I don't think it will ever be repaired to look as it once did. What can I do? I have not paid anything and don't plan on it (as of now). Thank you for your advice.

With fixing your vehicle, if you do not feel your insurance company is performing to proper standards, you should call your state's department of insurance (or department of financial services). This may pertain to the quality of work in repairing your vehicle and to the amount of time it is taking to fix your vehicle. The department of insurance (or department of financial services) will let you know if your insurance company is performing adequately and in a timely manner.
