I was recently rear-ended while at a stop in heavy traffic. The force of the impact was such that it did significant damage to both my rear and front bumpers (I was pushed into the car in front of me.) The driver of the car in front of me inspected his car, then left the scene of the accident before giving out any information. The insurance company for the driver who hit my car is willing to pay to repair the rear bumper but not the front one. Is there any way I can get reimbursed for the fron

You should contact your insurance company's claims department. If you hit the rear of the vehicle in front of you, their insurance would not pay for your repairs. The person in the rear is usually determined to be at fault and thus the front car would not be responsible for your repairs. If you have comprehensive and collision coverage you can submit a claim for that and may be able to recover the deductible from the rear party that hit you. Again talk to your company's claims department to resolve the damage to the front of your car.
