Im currently living in CT and recently had damage done to my windshield and passenger window. Is there some kind of waiver for auto glass repair in Connecticut that would take care of my deductible?

Some insurance companies offer full glass coverage when comprehensive and collision is purchased which covers your car’s glass for breakage of safety glass with no deductible for an extra premium. You should check with your insurance company to see if your policy has this coverage or if it's available.
