The people she was paying asked who she worked for and what did she do. She stated that she worked for an agency that assisted persons with developemental disabilities and that she sometimes transported them to doctors appointments and took them out on community outings. If you have a personal auto policy you can not use it for business or commercial use. If you do and there is an accident then you will not be covered or those in your car. You would need to get a business use policy . You should not keep the current personal policy if you do use your car to transport people for your job.
