I left my second car at my vacation home in Florida.The car has another states plates and inspection stickers that will expire soon. Can I have car inspected in Florida and use other states plates, registration and insurance?

No, the car has to be registered and insured in the state where it is kept. If it is not there is a chance that the out-of-state carrier will not cover a loss. This does depend on the guidelines of the company. Insurance laws are state regulated and therefore every state has different rules/laws.
