I was recently 'at-fault' in an accident. I paid to fix my vehicle. The other person decided they would now contact my insurance company to have them pay for the damages. Would I still have to pay a deductible on my insurance?

It depends on what coverage you are talking about. The other party is looking for the insurance company to pay for his property that you damaged. This is 'property damage liability' coverage. This coverage does not have a deductible. However, your 'collision' coverage does have a deductible. And, this coverage applies to your vehicle - not the other party's vehicle. So, if you are referring to the coverage the other party is looking to access, there will be no deductible.
