Someone stole 2 of my vehicle's tires and 2 its rims. If I file a claim will it affect my future rates? Also, how many 'non-fault' claims can you file before your insurance rates go up?

Ultimately, you will need to talk to your insurance company. But, filing a claim should not make your rates increase. In general, your rates should only increase if your insurance company has to pay for the claim - regardless of who is at fault. Also, there are many factors that may cause your insurance rates to increase. However, if you are talking about claims only, your rates can increase with the first claim your insurance company has to pay.
