Why could I get an error on your site when I click Continue? I use Microsoft's Internet Explorer Content Advisor.

Because of an unspecified Microsoft error, our site may not work properly with Internet Explorer's Content Advisor enabled. To disable Content Advisor:

  1. On the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  2. Click the Content tab, and click the Disable button. If the Enable button is visible then Content Advisor is already disabled. It may require your supervisor password to continue.
  3. Click OK in response to the message about Content Advisor, and then click OK once more.

Please contact us if you receive an error on our site: 1-855-430-7753.

When you are done making this change, you should see the Enabled button as visible under Content Advisor. This means the Content Advisor is disabled.
