I recently had an automobile being repaired at an Autobody shop. My car is complete, but my radio is missing. This is a body shop that is affiliated with a Volvo dealership and other dealerships. I actually chose this shop because it was the Volvo dealerships body shop. I do NOT want to sign for my car without a radio. This was an aftermarket radio, which was fairly costly, and the shop is saying they will not do any thing about this.What are my options if this radio is not covered by my

You should file a police report. If the car was under the body shops care, custody and controls. Their garage owners policy should cover the theft/damage to your car while it was on their premises. If they have no insurance, then you may need to take legal action and consult a lawyer.
