My license was suspended for a failure to appear regarding expired registration, the fines have been paid to the collection agency, registration taken care of, what do I do now to get my license back?

If all violation have been paid, you just need to bring proof to the license office and pay the reinstatement fee. If you have a licence plate on the car, you will also need valid proof of insurance.
