Depending on the state, most warnings are not "turned in" or processed into your driving record. If it was processed then it is a minor ticket and usually will not affect your insurance.

However if you do not pay it your license may be suspended for the violation. Out of state tickets take longer to show up on your in state license, but in most states they eventually do.
