I don't have insurance on my vehicle. My car was parked in the street when a drunk driver hit my car. Obviously, the driver was at fault and was arrested. What would I have to do now?

First, you need to see if the drunk driver has insurance. If so, they will pay the lessor of the following options: the amount to fix your vehicle, your vehicle's value, or the limit of coverage that was purchased by the drunk driver. If the drunk driver was uninsured, you will need to seek legal help to recover your property loss.
