My son was involved in an accident that was the other driver's fault. We have liability only on my son's vehicle. And, as a result, my insurance company says they can't do anything. There is no insurance information on the police report for the other driver. What can we do?

Your son will need to research to see if the other driver has insurance. Use the police report to locate the individual. Beyond that, in order recoup his loss for his damaged property, he will need to seek legal help against the other driver.
