You have a couple of options depending on where the vehicle stays everyday at the end of the day. If the vehicle stays at your daughter's residence, you should remove her and the vehicle from your policy. Many insurance companies will not insure vehicles from more than one household - unless it is a student risk attending college in the same state from which the policy originates. Now, if you do this, you will want to make sure she satisfies the terms of the lease - because your credit may be at risk. (Because, you are a co-signer for the vehicle.) Now, if the vehicle stays at your household everyday at the end of the day and your daughter does not drive your vehicles with any frequency, you should remove her from your policy. To remove her from your policy, you will probably need to provide proof she resides elsewhere. The only other option is to turn the vehicle back to the dealer - if you can. Ultimately, you will need to consult your insurance company and the lease company to help develop a plan that will meet your needs.
