I was driving my girlfriend's company car when I hit a guard rail. She doesn't want to claim it on her insurance. I have put a claim in with my insurance company but the representative is not sure they will cover it. What the chances of my insurance company working this out (so she doesn't get in trouble)?

Insurance follows the vehicle first and the driver second. This means that liability coverage from the insurance company of your girlfriend's company will be primary. They will have to pay first for your damages. Your insurance will be secondary. Now, your "collision" coverage will not cover her company's vehicle. To get her vehicle fixed, she will need to place this claim with her company's insurance company.
