An auto body shop recommended by BMW fixed my car. Today, several inches of water was in my car from something they did wrong. Should I sue? (I don't want this car after all of this damage.)

I would seek legal advice for your situation. I do not believe you will get a new car out of this. If the body shop is liable, they should be held accountable for thier actions. They should have insurance to cover these mishaps. In the meantime, if you have "comprehensive" coverage, it could help. This will cover your vehicle for losses caused by missles, falling objects, fire, theft or larceny, explosion, earthquake, windstorm, hail, water, flood, malicious mischief or vandalism, riot or civil commotion, colliding with a bird or animal, or breakage of glass. If you have this coverage, your deductible will apply.
