Can we exclude a driver in the household on our personal auto policy? We reside in Minnesota.

Ultimately, you will need to check with your insurance company. There are some insurance companies who will force you to list all licensed drivers on your policy as eligible to drive. But, in general, most insurance companies will allow you to "exclude" a household member. As a result of this exclusion, the insurance company may require you carry specific coverages or surcharge your policy. But, again, you should be able to exclude your household member.
