I am disabled and am on medicare. Is it going to cost more or less for insurance? (My disability does not affect my driving, and I do not need a special disabled license.)

In general, insurance companies do not charge more or less to people with disabilities. Also, in general, they do not charge more or less to people with medicare. Now, some states require you carry "Personal Injury Protection." This coverage covers within the specified limits, the medical, hospital and funeral expenses of the insured, others in his vehicles and pedestrians struck by him. The basic coverage for the insured's own injuries on a first-party basis, without regard to fault. Now, there may be a dedustible allowed for this coverage. The higher the deductible you choose, the less coverage you have. The less coverage you have, the less your insurance costs. Now, if you have insurance in place to cover your deductible, you can choose the highest possible deductible to keep your rates low.
