Her state should only require one insurance company filing for her SR22. In general, it does not matter if the SR22 comes from your insurance company or another insurance company. Now, you and your daughter may want to discuss this situation with your insurance company and her insurance company to figure out which company best suits the insurance needs. If she does transfer her SR22 to your policy, she will need to make sure there is no lapse in its coverage. Also, your daughter will want to talk to her state's Department of Motor Vehicles to make sure they will approve the transferral of her SR22 to your policy. (In general, they will permit the SR22 transfer as long as there is no lapse in its coverage.)
