Q

My car was stolen, I only had liability. How do I pursue compensation?

A

With liability coverage only, I do not believe your insurance company will be much help. Without 'other than collision' (a.k.a. comprehensive) your insurance company most likely will not be able to help compensate you for your loss. Bodily injury liability covers injuries to people, not your vehicle. And, property damage liability covers you if your car damages someone else's property. Unfortunately, you may need to seek legal help with your situation.
