Car Insurance Question  To help me with payments, I asked my friend to insure my leased car in his name. I notified my leasing company. They asked for a copy of the insurance card. They never mentioned that I might be in lease default. Now, they sent me for collection, want a 20K termination fee, and the car back because my lease agreement states that I have to insure it under my name. What should I do?

You may want to seek legal help with your situation. They may be able to clarify your lease's terms and agreement with you. Also, they may be able to work something out with your vehicle's leasing company. Now, if you need to insure this vehicle in the future, you can follow this link to get a quote and possibly purchase auto insurance online immediately!!!
