My daughter's license has been revoked until she turns 18. If she were to drive with a revoked license and get into an accident with our family car, will the insurance on the car still be valid? Also, should we notify our insurance company that her license has been revoked and should we remove her from the policy and add her back on when she turns 18 in eight months?

You will need to talk to your insurance company about your insurance needs as they pertain to your daughter and her revoked license. They should be able to let you know if there will be coverage for your her if she wrecks your family car while she has a revoked license. Also, they should also be able to advise you on whether or not you should remove her from your policy.
