My boyfriend has no insurance or license. We live in Omaha, Nebraska. I was wondering what his conquences for driving would be. He is only 17.

To find out the consequences for driving without a license, you can contact Nebraska's Department of Motor Vehicles. Or, you can contact your local police station. Or, you can contact Nebraska's Department of Insurance.
