I'm divorced. My daughter will be eighteen in a few days. She just got her license and bought a 97 Honda Civic. Can I add her to my policy? Although we have a joint custody agreement, my daughter's primary residence is with her mother.

Ultimately, you will need to talk to your insurance company to find out how they want to handle this. Since she is the owner of the vehicle, you may not be able to insure it on your policy - because you have no insurable interest in it. Chances are you can add her on your policy as a driver but not her car. Again, check with your insurance company.
