How can I get insured as a driver without owning a vehicle? I need to get insured to regain my driver's license and for my job - where I will drive a company vehicle. Is this possible (without having a vin to put on the policy)?

In general, if you do not own a vehicle, you can purchase a "non owner" policy. This policy usually provides coverage for liability, medical payments, and uninsured motorist coverages for someone who does not own a vehicle and will be operating a vehicle owned by someone else. Before you choose to purchase this type of policy, you will want to check with the insurance company that is selling this policy to you to make sure it will cover you while you drive your company vehicles.
