I was convicted by the dmv of dui, but the court dismissed the charges of a dui. How can I clean my record? And, if I can not, how much will it for me to get an SR22? I'm in Pacifica, California.

To try to remove a violation from your driving record, you will need to call your state's Department of Motor Vehicles. If you will still require an SR22 for California, you should be able to purchase one through one of our partner companies, Esurance. However, per Jill at Esurance, you will need to call Esurance to order your SR22. Also, Esurance will require you pay for your SR22 policy IN FULL. If you take out your policy with a down payment and monthly payment plan, once you call for your SR22, you will be billed the remainder of your policy's premium. Follow this link, to get your quote from esurance and possibly have the ability to purchase your California auto insurance immediately on-line!!!

car insurance commentsThis is exactly the type of reason why insurance companies should not depend on dmv records. They are not even accurate! Although one hand washes the other, insurance companies have got to have some people that are not all about the bottom line.
