If you have not already contacted the police do so now. Hopefully at the time of the accident the police were called out to make a report. If so go to the police department to get a copy of the report which should include more information about the other driver than what you might have. Continue to try and contact the other driver and with any luck you or the police will be able to track her down. At that time you will be able to find out if she has insurance or if you will have to take legal action to have her pay for your damages.
