I recently got in a car accident, it was my fault, understandable, and the person I hit was driving on a suspended license, could he be at fault too? Or should I just pay the full amount that I owe? I feel that we were both at fault, and I shouldn't be stuck with the whole payment due to his vehicle.

Each state varies on their rules for drivers with suspended licenses.

You should seek help from your insurance company and from your state regulator for insurance.

License status is never a factor used by authorities or claims adjusters for determining fault.
