My drivers license expired last January 2005 and can only renew/reinstate it if I pay the speeding ticket I had sometime in 2000. I've been driving w/o a valid drivers license since then. Last Nov 8,2005, I backed up into a moving car and damaged the passengers door. The car I'm driving is a 1990 Toyota Camry with liability coverage and under my fathers name. My father is also the main policy holder of the car insurance. Do you think the car insurance will cover the damage? I already admitted this to my car insurance when they took my statement today over the phone.

If your father gave you permission to drive the vehicle, you should have coverage under his policy UNLESS there are other exclusions that we are unaware of.
