My daughter lives in South Carolina and I just bought her a car. I live in Florida and put it in my name for lending purpose. Can she still get insurance in SC with my name on the title?

Each insurance company has different guidelines regarding your situation. You should check with your agent or insurance company to determine exactly how you should handle this. It is likely that she should be able to get insurance in South Carolina. If one insurance company cannot help her try calling around to others. If she needs to register the car in South Carolina she can contact the local DMV.
