My wife hit a still car that was illegally parked. A small dent resulted on bumper of the other car. The accident spot is a private property. We called 911. The police said both are at fault and denied any police report stating it is a private property. We gave all our insurance number and details to other driver. We did not hide just like hit and run. We followed the procedure. The other driver reported this to his insurance that insurance sent a claim to my insurance. What will happen? How much or whose going pay? If my ded on colln and comp is $500 each.

This is an unfortunate situation that seems to have both parties partly at fault. Due to that your insurance company might work with with the other party's insurance so that both pay or because your wife hit the car it is possible your insurance will have to pay for the damages to both cars. I would suggest contacting your insurance company and explaining the whole situation. They will tell you what their next course of action will be.
