I was in an accident that wasn't my fault and the other party does not have any insurance, and I only have liability. what do I do now??

The person that caused the accident will be liable for your damages. Unfortunately you liability coverage does not cover damages to your car, only to other cars you damaged if you were at-fault.

If the other party is unwilling to pay you for the damages they caused I would suggest seeking legal advice. If they chose not to pay you willingly most likely you will have to take the other party to court and gets a judgment against them thus making them pay.
